Extract on hard disk or USB key and run GoogleEarthPortable.
Settings created in portable folder, cache in temp folder deleted when leaving.
If you want to keep cache in portable folder (to use offline) edit GoogleEarthPortable.ini in Data (only for beta).
Settings of installed GoogleEarth should be preserved.
