Extract on hard disk or USB key and run WinRARPortable.
If you drag'n drop a file on (or open with) WinRARPortable: it will be opened in WinRAR.
Language fixed by launcher according Windows localisation: English, French, Arabic, Catalan, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, German, PortugueseBR, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish.
Settings of installed WinRAR should be preserved.
